Discovering, knowing and living a land through its dishes and wines means getting closer to the essence of the region itself. This experience will make you live the Franciacorta in the most tasty way possible, a thematic cooking class during which we will cook together the dishes of the Franciacorta tradition!
Once we have worn our apron, we will dedicate ourselves to the actual preparation of our lunch: fresh tagliatelle with pesto, rolls filled with polenta and crumbly cake and then enjoy them at the table accompanied by Franciacorta wine.
This cooking class with final lunch takes place in a charming trattoria, La Trattoria del Gallo di Rovato, located in the heart of Franciacorta, right in Via Cantine, which since medieval times was dedicated to taverns and inns.
Cooking with your own hands, savouring old recipes in a trattoria where everything remembers the history of this land and tasting the wine that more than any other narrates this corner of paradise will be a memory that you will carry in your heart and will make you desire to come back!
